QTAlbums serves photographers worldwide.

Orders are produced at QTAlbums headquarters in Europe. The US office is a distribution hub that allows an option for $10 standard shipping to USA.

In November/December, as we approach the holiday season with the highest order-volume of the year, we change to a deadline system to ensure your orders are delivered in time. See 2020 holiday deadlines.

SHIPPING TO USA:

• Standard $10 (5-10 days) - We will ship your package from EU to our US hub (3-4 days) and then send to you via UPS/FedEx/USPS (1-7 days). No paperwork attached. 
• Express $35 (3-4 days) - We will ship your package to you/your client directly with UPS. Paperwork (invoice) needs to be attached to the package. This is a legal requirement.
• Free express shipping over $750
• Swatches, paper sets and borrow kits are stocked in the US Office and sent from Michigan when there are no other custom items in the order.

SHIPPING TO EUROPEAN UNION and Switzerland & Norway:   

• Standard, 3-5 days - $10 
• Express - 1-3 days - $50/€45: We will ship your package from EU to you or your client directly. No invoice attached to EU countries / Invoice attached to non-EU countries).
• Free standard shipping over $300.
